Read before you register
These rules apply to every participant and every event at SYNKRONIX '26. Please go through them carefully — registering for the symposium means you agree to follow them.
All participants must complete the registration process before the specified deadline.
Every participant must carry a valid College ID card during the symposium.
Participants should report to the registration desk at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the event.
Participants must wear the provided ID badge throughout the symposium.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Team events must strictly adhere to the prescribed team size. Changes to team members after registration are not permitted without the approval of the organizing committee.
Participants may register for one Tech and one Non-Tech event, provided there are no schedule conflicts.
Participants must follow the rules and instructions of each event. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
The decision of the judges and the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
Any form of malpractice, plagiarism, impersonation, or unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
Participants are expected to maintain discipline and professional conduct throughout the symposium.
The organizing committee is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode during technical sessions and presentations unless otherwise instructed.
Participants must respect the venue, equipment, volunteers, judges, faculty members, and fellow participants.
Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the registration process and attend the respective event(s).
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule or rules if necessary.
In case of any disputes, the decision of the Organizing Committee shall be final.
